Setting up the planning system & procedures in accordance with NEC requirements;
Providing support to project teams;
Providing early warnings of conflicts and issues to the business manager;
Analysing contractor’s programmes;
Maintain 'as built' programmes incorporating variations;
Planning the design & build, civil, mechanical & electrical interfaces and assisting in developing the operational procedures for ISO accreditation.
Summary
Graham offered a wide range of planning services throughout the organisation. His responsibilities were to develop existing project schedules, as well as newly identified projects from the initial evaluation stage, through implementation and completion. He focuses on adding value to existing methods, specialist planning advice, resource solutions, identifying opportunities to improve efficiencies and minimise risk.
· Forensic Planning
Responsible for the project controls and contract / commercial management of the Dubai Metro project, valued at US$3.6billion. To manage and coordinate the review, comment, approval and update / maintenance of dual-currency, cost loaded project and interfacing programmes. Managing the earned value certification, contractor payment, scope delivery and cost performance aspects of the project.

· Preparing and presenting DPR, weekly and monthly reports to management in graphical manner.
· Preparing Project Monthly Job cost report & compare with the Account lager statement.
