Prepare strategic EPC schedule, together with detailed design development schedule and permit schedules.
Preparation of development cash flow against strategic programme and assist in the preparation of the ‘Annual Operating Plan’.
Establish and implement planning and safety procedures.
Project: Princess Nora Bint Abdulrahman University For Women PNU – Package 1. Project components are 19 academic and administrative buildings, a hospital, 400 staff villas, 3 mosques, a clock tower, 5 gates, and 10 security buildings and guard houses. Total build-up areas is 1 million m².
