Recruited to assist in the programming and scheduling for the development of the Serene project, in which FiatAvio intends to build gas turbine based cogeneration systems to provide electric power and process steam to Fiat facilities located at various sites in Italy, mainly in the South.
Responsible for planning and reporting on the 380/132 kV Substation 9009 project, consisting in 30 bays of 380 kV Gas Insulated Switchgear and 14 bays of 132 kV Gas Insulated Switchgear.
Recruited during the installation phase of the thermoelectric power plant CET3 (no. 3 gas turbines Nuovo Pignone of 115 MW and no. 3 steam turbines Ansaldo Industria of 85 MW) inside the Ilva steel works mill at Taranto. This is an innovative plant: a combined cycle fed by recovery fuel gases, produced by the steel work process, provided with a post-firing system.
Combined cycle plant of 115 MW comprising two gas turbine generators Nuovo Pignone of 40 MW, a steam turbine General Electric of 35 MW, two heat recovery boilers, electrical high and low voltage systems, transformers and a distributed control system. Including fuel transfer and purification systems, feed water make-up and storage tanks, demineralising plant, sea water screen and pumping system. Responsible for the preparation and maintenance of the project schedule, review and comment on Contractors schedules and progress. Preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports.
