Job Responsibilities
· Preparing master schedule & the baseline schedule.
· Selects the most appropriate techniques and logical sequence of activities to complete project scope.
· Set up issue alerts for all important contractual and milestone dates.
Duties & Responsibilities:
· Maintain the current and baseline schedule and analyze the effect of proposed changes.
· Maintain critical path diagrams and computer analysis of program to ensure project target dates are met.
Integration project budget and schedule to forecast cash flow requirements
Preparation of schedule performance measurements reports, forecasts and studies.
Preparation of project plans and detailed manpower utilization plans.
Analyzes critical paths and restraints to determine effect of changes on the schedule and recommends workarounds to mitigate impacts.
Develops plans and recommendations for mitigation of impacts of schedule problems.
Assist in preparation of the monthly progress report.
