Reporting & Analysis
Experienced in tendering, including preparation of Tender Briefing and quantity measurement. Familiar with preparing weekly KPI Report, tender programmes in P6 format, Contractor’s Monthly Progress Report, PowerPoint for Site Weekly Coordination Meeting and Productivity Record for future tender. Experience of site supervision, including checking rebar cage and cast-ins of post-tensioning bridge segments, quality checking.
· Played a vital role in the construction of 85km flexible and rigid pavements; cross drainage works, major and minor bridges, an underpass, flyover, railway over bridge and highly complex interchanges
Associated with a Project Management Company and worked on multitude of projects (retail, commercial, villas, hotel, mixed use and high rise) of value more than 150 Million BHD (USD 300 Million). Have adequate experience in Planning, review of EoT, preparing status reports for Client, monthly project reports, using and maintaining MIS for all projects in the country.
Equestrian facility comprising race course, hospital, riding school, staff accommodations, etc. spreading over 1.5 sqkm with the project cost USD 450million. Leighton was the main contractor for the Design & Build contract. Key responsibilities on the project are below

Duties: Monitoring of Contractor progress & schedules, schedule integrity checks, variance analysis, schedule analysis and forecasting
· Maintenance and updating of MCS, adding detail as appropriate
· Progress analysis and develop regular project reports
