I had got transferred from Qatar project to Algeria & joined as a Planning Engineer in DODSAL ENGINEERING & CONSTRUCTION FZE. ALGERIA& served there from 29th September, 2009 to 4th December, 2009. I had resigned from that job for my marriage purpose.
I have joined “Yokogawa Middle East Co. B.S.C. Abudhabi” on 20th June, 2010 as a “Planning Engineer” in its Engineering Department & serving till to date.
· Daily monitoring the progress on Oil, Gas, Sulphur and Main Pipe rack Areas
· Preparing the Daily, Weekly and Monthly progress reportsfor Management
· Monitor the planning and progress procedures to ensure, that each element of the project performs the processes timely and consistently

•Preparation of Project schedule, S curves, Histograms. •Preparation of Weekly / Monthly Progress Reports. •Backlog/Delay analysis and Catch up Plans. •Analysis of Key performance indicators such as SPI. •Manage time and progress and approve corrective actions. •Identifying the critical issues in the project which may affect the project schedule. •Monitoring and tracking the critical path and near critical activities. •Activities of estimation of man hours, risk assessment, manpower deployment schedule, and overall word load graphs. •Establishment of Management Information System (MIS).
