Monitoring and controlling the activities using primavera.

• Ensure that programmes are updated and monitored against agreed contractor schedules
• Review the Contractor’s P6 programme regularly, providing information to the management team in order to control resources, programmes, projects and contractors performance

• Scenario planning and optimisation of programme, outputs, risk and opportunities
• Responsible for the production of the overall Global vessel schedule, supporting the requirements of Commercial, Project and Operations and Offshore Resource functions.
• Regularly reviewing and verify the quality of inputs from prospects/tenders/firm work by country planners

Planning tender programme, construction programmes and control projects- Substructure, superstructural and fit-out works

• Project Planning and Scheduling for Linear Project.
• Project Progress Reporting.
• Delay analysis for Extension of Time application.
