Lead Planner on a

Saudi Aramco Project with Eleven planning Engineers working under me. The project was spread all over Saudi Arabia and I had to prepare the baseline schedule and prepare reports to submit to management and client.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the Project Planners.
• Support Tendering department to set up the Tendering Time Schedule.
• Review schedule information from Engineering, Sourcing and Manufacturing departments.
• Review the relevant departments’ Resource Plan.
• Develop and optimize overall Project Master Time Schedule (Baseline) to meet all contract requirements which include milestone dates, payment dates and other requirements.
• Regularly Monitor.

I have gained vast experience during my career working initially as an Electrician, then moving on to different positions as Electrical Commissioning Technician, Project Technical Support Officer and finally Project Planning Engineer
