Project, program, and portfolio management. Prepare master schedule, update schedule on regular interval, setup project control processes, develop budgets and design management reports.  Perform delay analysis and substantiation for projects in Dushanbe, Tajikistan.  Prepared, reviewed and defended claims totaling over 13 million dollars.  Prepare civil,mechanical, electrical, and plumbing estimates.  Develop historical cost database for cost analysis and estimation on future projects.

Currently working as Lead Scheduler for the Honolulu Rail Project, HDR, Owner's Integrated PMC team in Honolulu.

Lead Planner for MOD Hydrodynamic Research Facility Project Value circa £670m

A short less than 1 year stay with FMC Technologies, the No.1 Most Admired Equipment O&G Company. Having global offices in Houston, Norway, Brazil, Singapore.

 

During this time,

1. Exposed to Subsea Equipment. Totally different from my topside construction experience 

2. Exposed to Manufacturing planning methods from project standpoint.

3. Teach engineers how to read schedules, especially usnig floats as a guide.

4. In-depth understading of the constraints and right application.

Key Results:

Ø  Preparation for baseline schedule for new project.

Ø  Preparation of Monthly Progress report & % accumulations wrt S curve.

Ø  Updating schedule from progress measurement.

Ø  Preparation of Baseline schedule of Equipment & Piping Insulation.

Ø  Progress monitoring using S curves, Productivity & Efficiency.

Ø  Coordination with all departments, to avid delay of materials & equipments.

Ø  Analysis of job reports & Subsequent action if any delay.

As Lead Planner for the new Shell Hijau Hydrodesulphurization Unit (HDS) project, I am responsible for the overall execution of progress control and monitoring of the project. Two Planners, the Engineering Planner and Construction Planner are under my responsibility. Provide project services support to the PMT & CMT on any planning issues, assist in the preparation of Weekly Flash Report and Monthly Progress Report. Liaise with Subcontractor Planners in the integration of the subcontract works into the Overall Schedule and Overall Progress
