• Identification of Project Scope Preparation of Project Baseline Schedule.

Initial year mostly involved in the Montoring,Controlling and Reporting processes.

Had to take over the Whole project at a point for all the planning duties.

Develops baseline schedule for newly acquiredproject• Monitors, tracks & evaluates actual progress.• Prepares detailed work execution plan.• Responsible for project’s daily, weekly and monthlysubmittals.

Inputs the work breakdown structure information in means to assess an accurate forecast on time, resources and cash flow of the project
Accumulates, collects and analyses data and information required for planning
Develop detailed shutdown schedules, identifying critical path activities, overall shutdown durations and resource requirements
Analyze the detailed shutdown plans, identify potential conflicts, deviations and propose solutions to optimize the overall shutdown schedule

• Assisting the senior management in the process of claims through different delay analysis techniques.
• Preparing and updating KPIs for Man power, Cost, Progress Curves etc.,
• Reporting the critical issues to the project manager on a regular basi

Preparing, monitoring and updating an integrated programme containing 200+ projects, successfully tracking milestones/gateways up to the Final Investment Decision. Ensure communications and collaboration between on-site Contractors and Design Contractor as well as buidling similar relationships with the Client, reviewing progress on a weekly basis and issuing client reports displaying progress status.
