- Identification of Project Scope Preparation of Project Baseline Schedule.
- Implementation of a project baseline schedule & ensuring timely completion.
- Reviewing different sections of Weekly & Monthly Reports containing Manpower histograms, Delivery Schedule of Long Lead Items, and other related disciplines.
- Monitoring daily activities on site.
- Attend weekly meetings with Consultant & Client and deliver information about the current status of the project
