Presently I am a part of project monitoring and planning group at our Sobha Silicon Osasis Project and
Majorly Involved in
October'07 to September'08 with M/s. Punj Lloyd Limited,Doha, Qatar as Senior Planning Engineer.
Project Title : New Doha International Airport Project (NDIA), Doha, Qatar
Planning and schedule of works and prepare critical path based project program using Primavera P6.
Duties and Responsibilities:
· Plan and schedule the project by developing a project master schedule in line with the proposal requirements through the application of the primavera P6 software.
Responsible for development, integration, & reporting of the Canpotex White Potash Expansion Project Master Schedule & Monthly Financial Report. Responsibilities include progressing master schedule while providing 3 Week Look Ahead & Three-Month Look Ahead schedule for the Steering Committee Progress Meetings. Also account for budget, cost, & forecasst changes in Prediction+, reconcile variances with the client, & produce/review payment certificates/invoices.
