2. Preparation of Recovery & Revised Baseline Schedule as per project requirements

3. Monitoring Site Progress and Recording Delay events (if any) along with necessary contemporary records

4. Preparation of EOT Claim (Interim & Final)

Senior Planner - John Laing International

Planner responsible for the re-programing of envelope, M & E and finishes, and design programme on First Residence Of Giza, Cairo, Egypt. 9 months secondment on site. Project consisted of two towers, one of 30 storeys the other 20 storeys on a three storey retail and liesure poidum on a three level parking basement.

Senior Planner / Scheduler

Roles and Duties currently include:

• Support planning and scheduling across several divisions including Healthcare, Industrial, Heavy Civil and Retail
• Build and maintain construction schedule for accurate forecasting and planning
• Provide updates to project team including Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Subcontractors and Vendors

Ø  Preparation of  work package for  the project phase , with cash flow & manpower histogram and manage the project control operations throughout until the completion of the project

Ø  Monitoring the project with respect to budgeted cost, as built plans , time over runs based on various analytical tools e.g Critical Path Analysis

PRIMARY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Plan and schedule the project by developing a project master schedule in line with the proposal requirements through the application of the primavera P6 software.
•Identify the project deliverables, milestones, and required tasks and targets to determine the staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of the project through the project measurement system.
