Project Undertaken: Construction of North West Leg Project
Project Description: An all-new 13 Km. Multilane Dual Carriageway with Service Roads complete with Drainage System, Lighting, Traffic Signage, Vital Appurtenances, etc. The Project also includes seven Diamond Interchanges (pre-stress voided slabs) at major road crossings, and Three Long Wadi Bridges with more than 700 – 40 m. Pre-stress Beams (Wadi Hanifah, Wadi Mahadiyah, and Wadi Ubayer) having a combined length of 2 Km.
Prepares Work Breakdown Structure (WBS)and Organization Breakdown Structure (OBS)and developLevel III & Lev IV Plan using Primavera and its updating with making Latest forecast plans Supervision of construction activities at site Monitoring & Evaluation of Work Schedule submitted by Contractor Verification of contractor’s IPC’s Verification of Damage assessment/Claim Presentation about ongoing projects to Donors/Visitors Responsible for smooth running of Construction Progress Monitoring System (CP
Site engineer- Responsible for construction and planning of works on the underpass including earthworks, steel fixing ,concrete works and precast units erection and finishing works. Ensuring that all works are done according to quality, environmental and safety requirements.
1. Supervising and superintending the day to day site activities to deliver production to the maximum rate with the required satisfying level of quality according to the project specs.
2. Coordinating the materials (Formworks) recycle plan within the site to put them at the maximum level of efficiency
Approving FIR+ Review specifications/drawings & comparison them with composite shop drawing + Calculating the quantities for variations orders + Checking the daily/monthly report + Comparison the technical/material submittal with specifications + Checking Contractor’s program.
