- Manage assigned packages of the construction projects including pre-construction surveys
- Develop sites and organise project logistics and equipment
- Ensure projects meet agreed specifications, budgets or timescales
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors and other professional staff
- Check and preparing site reports, designs and drawings
- Provide technical advice to staff and subcontractors, resolve problems, and ensure site safety
