• Engineering, Procurement Deliverable registers designing, updates
• Weekly, Monthly Progress Reports with S’ curves in Excel

• Preparation and updates of M.S. Projects Schedules for other small projects

Project
• Commercial Logging Project focussing on the Data Cleanse phase, which involves validating customer information in the Leakage Management System, used by Thames Water.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Managing the transfer of incorrect data to the various departments within Thames Water for amendment.
• Provide support to the Area Delivery Manager and the Area Commercial Manager.
• Responsible for planning and performance analysis for schedule, resource and cost data across allocated portfolio of projects.
• Ensure accurate status information is provided to the Project Controls Manager, Area Delivery Manager and Area Commercial Manager.
• Ensure that accurate information is prepared for use in regulatory reports.
• Produce reports detailing the relevant progress and issues, delivered to Project Controls Manager.
• Served as Deputy Director with responsibility to provide overall leadership at the District level to insure achievement of Program.
• Managed and directed a team of six Assistant Directors, successfully completing all projects on-time and under budget.
• Maintain close liaison with the District Government and other line agencies.
• Issue technical sanction in cost estimated.
