Project
• Commercial Logging Project focussing on the Data Cleanse phase, which involves validating customer information in the Leakage Management System, used by Thames Water.
Duties and Responsibilities
• Managing the transfer of incorrect data to the various departments within Thames Water for amendment.
• Creation of project procedure documents, such as the Checkpoint Report and many specific phases throughout the project.
• Monitoring and tracking progress, in Excel, for the Lead Project Manager, using the fortnightly Checkpoint Report, whatIF and sumIF functions, pivot tables, V-Lookups and macros.
• Analysing reports, proactively identifying and targeting potential issues, which then require the planning and co-ordination of the Data Cleanse team appropriately for resolution.
• Strategic planning and targeting with the zonal engineering teams.
• Knowledge and daily use of Leakage Management software developed by Crowders Consulting and MS Office suite, in particular Excel.
• Training and supervising new staff.
