Development of user-friendly programs for a consultancy project titled "Conjunctive management in tank commands through community wells sponsored by Ministry of Water Resources, Government of India. Contributed to the development of user-friendly programs for Ground Water Flow Model (GWFM) and Surface Water Simulation Model (SWSM) in `C’ language. The software can be used to find optimal operational rule through non-linear programming for groundwater pumping, number of years of successful crop yield and deficit.

·Administration of the P6 System incl. My Primavera web application and a Portfolio of Projects.
·Creation and control of Project & Programme Templates, Plans and Reports (Primavera P6).
·Constant interaction with Management Information Systems managers for KPI and other reporting.
·Liaison with Contract Managers, Design Engineers, Construction Managers and other Specialists.
·Interviewing and then inducting incoming Planners. Mentoring Trainee planners.
·Running MS Project training sessions for Contracts / Construction Mgrs. & Site Mgrs.

Current Role

Archirodon was the EPC contractor for two jetties at Ras Laffan Industrial City. The scope of works included civil and marine works. Following are my main responsibilities and tasks:

•     Prepare the Project Execution Program and detailed schedules.

•     Prepare detailed Engineering & Procurement schedules.

•     Prepare Monthly and Weekly Progress Reports to the Client.

•     Prepare the Monthly Progress Invoice to the Client including necessary breakdowns.

•     Qualified post graduate in project management with more than 3+ years of diversified experience in the field of Project Controls. Water and Wastewater Treatment.

•     Diversified experience of project controls of UK and US. Work experience of UK. Worked projects include water reservoirs, water supply schemes, waste water treatment plant design.

•     Dignified projects include TA Tunnels Phase 3 refurbishment. This project received the CEO award for the year 2008 – 2009

•     Planning & Cost Activities on MS Project, All submissions to the Client and Client Represantative, Contract administration, , Correspondence, Reporting to Project Manager(daily, weekly, monthly progress reports) , Consortium Contract coordination with ABB, Invoicing, Preparation and Review of Subcontractor Contracts and Payment certificates
