Archirodon was the EPC contractor for two jetties at Ras Laffan Industrial City. The scope of works included civil and marine works. Following are my main responsibilities and tasks:
• Prepare the Project Execution Program and detailed schedules.
• Prepare detailed Engineering & Procurement schedules.
• Prepare Monthly and Weekly Progress Reports to the Client.
• Prepare the Monthly Progress Invoice to the Client including necessary breakdowns.
• Calculate and analyze time and cost impacts due to variations & claims.
• Prepare periodic delay analysis and earned value analysis reports.
• Prepare Project Budget and Cash Flow and update them on quarterly basis.
• Prepare the Internal Monthly Billing Reports.
• Monitor the progress of the project’s activities on daily basis.
