Project Alpha PPP (Planning Engineer / Project Controls Engineer)2006 – 2007

Provision of four Water Treatment Works for Northern Ireland, under PPP banner, with a combined output of 390 MLD. Contract Award May 2006, Contract Completion (Construction Phase) 15th October 2008. Utilising project planning techniques and identifying potential time savings indicates a potential construction completion date of 20th May 2008.
