Utilized expertise in Primavera Project Planner P3 v. 3.1 for Dvirka and Bartilucci Engineers and Architects, PC; established SAR formats, identified errors in contractors’ schedules, generated accurate American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) cost curves, and monitored, updated, analyzed, and reported costs for multi-million dollar projects for NYC Dept. of Environmental Protection (NYCDEP):

Rinet is a committed Planning Engineer with more than 10 years of experience in Construction and Water & Waste water industry specialising in programme planning and project control. She has experience in Planning, Tender/Contracts, Resource management, Budget/Cost control & Construction & Commissioning.

Rinet is responsible for the delivery of project programming and resource management services, as well as providing project management support. Rinet has expertise in project planning and control software packages (i.e., Primavera P6, MSP and CS Project).

·         Involved in Project Planning & Monitoring using Planning software – P6 and generated reports as per project requirements

·         Handled logistics for the projects, discussed daily progress with the Project Manager and team members

·         Coordinated with the client to understand their requirements and conducted weekly & monthly project review meetings

Planning & project monitoring covering, Co-ordination with yard & site activities:-

·                     Piping fabrication, erection, pressure test (hydrostatic &  pneumatic)

Programme management and delay analysis on a complex £65M package of civil, M&E and biogas power generation works

qWeekly/Monthly/Daily reports generation including ‘S’-curves for client & management review.

qJob allocations to all discipline Engineers and follow up for daily job progress.

Onsite Planner on the AMBATOVY site Madagascar:

Construction of a R 550 mil Ammonium Sulphate Plant

Utilizing MS Projects to manage the master Project schedule.

Updating the project plan with all scope changes ,site instructions and environmental circumstances.

Analyzing weekly reports from the subcontractors to update the project plan.  

Preparing status reports including S-Curve, weekly and monthly progress reports.

Reporting weekly to the Client and head office in South Africa.
