Planning & project monitoring covering, Co-ordination with yard & site activities:-
· Piping fabrication, erection, pressure test (hydrostatic & pneumatic)
· Mechanical clearance, punch list.
· Planning for a month, daily checking of work, progress, planning as per drawing.
· Prepare weekly progress & Yard man-hours productivity report for management review.
· Prepare manpower histogram area wise by weekly.
· Weekly meeting with client.
· Prepare and update daily, weekly, monthly, and close out report.
· Prepare and attend projects meeting (weekly, bi-weekly and monthly).
