I first became involved with CPM Schedules back in 1978 whilst employed as an Expeditor; we were required to monitor CPM Schedules during manufacture of Pressure Vessels for Nuclear Service. In 1987 I joined a Construction Management Company as a Contracts Administrator/Scheduler. The company was involved with mining industry with projects in North America & Papua New Guinea (PNG). Since 1990 I have been based in Thailand whilst working for Expat Companies as a Planner/Scheduler.
On site planning manager at the Katerine Water project reporting to the Scheme Project Manager and Commercial Manager on all aspects of project planning, claims planning, interface scheduling and the day to day site scheduling.
Responsible for leading a team of Planning Engineers / Project Controllers working on a fully resourced and costed hierarchically compiled schedule for the works on the Scottish Water Strategic UID programme and the Project tender programme for Edinburgh Drinking Water Project ( Glencorse WTW ), and was part of the development team for Scottish Water’s MPrisim Installation.

I was seconded to and working as part of SWS2’s construction delivery team, wholly responsible for the contractual, technical and commercial auditing of Civil Engineering sub-contractors programmes for clean and waste water projects ranging in value from £100,000.00 to £20,000,000.00 within a £0.5Billion investment package. I conducted Tender programme review and analysis, NEC (ECC) Option A,B, and E Cl.31 and Cl.32 programme reviews and Compensation Event Delay Analysis on most if not all sub-contractors programme pan Scotland on behalf of the Organisation’s Construction Manger
I have proven analytical skills and I am dedicated to meeting deadlines whilst maintaining the highest standards.
