Planning and reporting on low, medium and high value multi disciplinary projects. Experience of planning and managing many varied projects which range from Water (clean and waste), Highways, Tramways, and Flood Prevention.
Senior Planner Responsible for building, optimising, and implementation of multiple programmes in line with the NEC 3 Contractual requirements including design, procurement, construction, and acceptance. Implementation of a central planning service for the business unit including the development of junior planning staff in line with the Galliford Try Water Frameworks standard practises. Design and implementation of reporting systems such as ‘dashboards’ for project progress including design, procurement, construction, acceptance, and commercial performance.
Planner responsible for the management of the programme inline with the NEC 3 Contract requirements, monitoring and updating the programme progress on a regular basis, planning upcoming works, Assessments of the effects of Early Warnings and Compensation Events on the programme and mitigation measures to reduce the effects of potential delays, identifying potential programming issues at an early stage and producing potential solutions to mitigate any potential delays to the works, maintaining a good working relationship with the client to ensure that the programme is submitted and accepted
