Industrial planning and production assistance during 3 years, performing costs and investments analysis, improving the costs control and the interface among managers and controllers.

Planning management to install the CSN-PR plant during 4 years, working as user with the software Primavera including the schedule development and its control, and the Converter 3 plant to CST during 3 years. Both projects were turnkey contracts, comprising from engineering to commissioning phase. The project language was English and the participation started on the late negotiation phase. Support to preparation and defense of claims associated to both projects. Commissioning planning of the bloom continuous casting machine to Açominas.

Planning management of turnkey contract to modernization of the slab continuous casting machine 3 to COSIPA. Installation planning of 2 steel plants to Companhia Siderúrgica do Atlântico-CSA.

05.2008 – 06.2008           installation planning of 2 steel plans to ThyssenKrupp in Companhia Siderúrgica do Atlântico-CSA in Rio de Janeiro-RJ.

Review client's specification, yard's general terms and conditions, all correspondences and documents related to Ship's construction and outfitting. Develop ship construction model by utilizing 3D modeling design software. Prepare production drawing for hull construction and outfitting includes cutting plan, nesting & workshop drawings; revise drawings if any. Prepare calculation and technical support for construction activities. Prepare specification, work package and provide technical evaluation to commercial dept to determine qualified subcontractor.

Research qualified contractor to execute specific works, negotiate terms and conditions include competitive price, prepare change order for services purchased and equipment rent,monitor contractor performance during execution phase, verify claims and recommend for payment.Estimate costs for ship repair and conversion enquiries, submit quotation to client, follow up with client’s feedback. Distribute scope of repair works to ship repair manager and production team, attend kick-off meeting with client, initiate project in ERP system.

Review technical specifications of ship repair and conversion enquiries. Attend vessel inspection and clarification meeting with client. Prepare cost estimate, timely submit comprehensive quotations and follow up with client’s feedback to secure project. Distribute scope of work to ship repair manager and production team, attend kick-off meeting with client, initiate project. Attend daily VSCC meeting onboard the vessel, work closely with ship repair manager and production team to monitor ongoing repair works.

Duties: Responsible for overall planning and coordination of scheduling department. Performed presentations of scheduling and cost control capabilities to prospective clients and in house personnel.
