Project Procurement Manager for PDVSA Project Sourcing through Technip large capital equipment, emergency materials and services, long lead time items, and a major turnaround project for an upstream and downstream operation. • Successfully coordinated the operations of a 0.5 billion-dollar international procurement project, providing operating controls to deliver equipment and related services in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
Prepare and implement PPM schedules for mechanical, rotary and H & V equipment.
Designed system for filing of all maintenance records (PPM schedules, breakdown,

Development and revision of maintenance schedules for equipment on the Forties Field.
Collation of all estimates to prepare levels 1 and 3 networks on the hook-up and commissioning of the facilities for the Rough Storage Project.
Allocating task sheets into their work packs. Co-ordinate and collect all daily and weekly progress for all disciplines and phases, input to Artemis 9000, generating all schedules and reports, tabulations, 'S' curves and forecasts for Supervisors, OIM and Base Management.

I am passinate about planing&schedule and project control. When graduated, I have been working as one planning engineer. Meanwhile, I gradually realized that I liked what I do during my work. I am very luck that what I like to do is just my own job, so that whatever challenge I encounter, I will persist in overcoming them and enjoy the process.
I worked as a planing engieer in the PengLai Jutal Offshore Engineering Heavy Insustries Co.,Ltd.(PJOE) for two years. That is my second univerisity. It was also at that time that I began to like the plan & schedule.
In that two years, I completed three proejct, one was the Living Quater and two were the Jacket.
