Schedule Development

* Evaluate proposal and bid schedules for feasibility and risk analysis.

* Participate in project kickoff and startup meetings.  Function as a facilitator and expeditor throughout the plan and schedule development process.

* Work with the project team to develop the Project Execution Plan and Baseline Schedule, and assist with the creation of the documentation as required to gain approval of Baseline Schedules.

Role:  

• Development of Main Works construction and commissioning programme in Primavera P6 R7 including resource and cost loading

• Development of Time Chainage programmes using Asta Tilos

• Validation of programme integrity using Acumen Fuse

• Development of preconstruction programme including consents, design and procurement

• Evaluation of four Main Contractors Tender programmes (NEC Contract)

 

• Manage a team of 8 schedulers to ensure that the manual schedule has produced works schedule were fluid, cost effective and met health and safety objectives.

• Use operational experience and understanding to ensure that the automated schedule has produced work schedules that give appropriate priority to high risk work and sites.

Projects: Widening of Al Garhoud Bridge, Dubai, UAE ($140M); Ras Al Khor Bridge Crossing, Dubai, UAE, ($50M); Burj Dubai/Khalifa ($876M); Palm Island Access Roads Interchange, Dubai, UAE ($49M); Palm Island Gateway Bridges, Dubai, UAE, ($19M) • Established Primavera P3 project schedules with around 10,000 activities and 6,000 workers based on approved Work Breakdown Structures, constraints and milestones. • Coordinated with Clie
