Master schedule qualitative and quantitative risk analysis to determine schedule contingency. Ensure that planning gate review requirements are met. Early works gate review successfully passed.

Most of the scheduling is resource driven and the Primavera Document Library is extensive.
I have streamlined the submittal process and time sheets.
Responsible for the maintenance and progress reporting of agreed programmes, contract surveillance and performance of Contracor and Sub-Contracter against aggreed programmes.
