Use operational experience and understanding to ensure that the automated schedule has produced work schedules that give appropriate priority to high risk work and sites.

Managing work schedule and dealing with jobs that cannot be automatically scheduled or are in jeopardy to ensure that business objectives and LOS are met.

Monitoring the progress of work to ensure that potential jeopardy situations are identified early and dealt with proactively.

Use operational knowledge and experience, and expertise in telemetry and other systems to monitor alarm status of operational sites.

Interpret and process alarms in accordance with business guidelines to prevent unnecessary workloads from being deployed to field resources.

Provide reports based on statistical analysis of alarm information.

Monitor status of telemetry infrastructure and deploy telemetry service personnel where appropriate.

Use experience and knowledge of wastewater processes to pro-actively monitor process operation of vulnerable and
other identified sites to spot issues before processes fail.

Use and analyse weather radar systems, Environment, to provide weather reports to customers; identify sites likely to
be detrimentally impacted by pending severe weather and escalate potential problems as necessary.

To assist Impact/Operation Managers in taking real time decisions, by analysing all available infrastructure and system
information.

Ensure a proactive response to infrastructure processes in order to maximise the system potential.

Use experience and knowledge of operating systems to manage Help Desk, first line support for Field Operatives.

Sole responsibility for ensuring verbal contact is made for high priority and out of hour’s work, to ensure acceptance of
Planner, Anglian Water , Essex Water Infrastructure
