• Prepared the over all construction schedule and see the required manpower, equipment, materials and supplies are anticipated and provide such that the approved construction schedule is maintained.
• Coordinated all field activities with the various sub-contractors engineers, foreman and assign the day-to-day task and assured that the final construction meets the overall schedule, layout, and installation requirement of the contract.
• Responsible for the supervision of the banks construction project to ensure that the design and specification are complied with the acceptable methods of construction.
• Responsible for the coordination of activities of the bank to ensure the efficient execution of construction activities.
• Responsible for the preparation of percentage accomplishments, completion of the contractor for payment purposes.
• Responsible for obtaining any required permits for the progression of work.
• Liaise with all concerned engineers, managers, subcontractors in order to formulate a master plan of a project
• Establish and develop master schedules including procurement schedules.
• Liaise with the project manager and other concerned to establish project needs for resources.
• Analysis to project cash flow, actual vs. plan, and forecasts.
