• Prepared the over all construction schedule and see the required manpower, equipment, materials and supplies are anticipated and provide such that the approved construction schedule is maintained.
• Coordinated all field activities with the various sub-contractors engineers, foreman and assign the day-to-day task and assured that the final construction meets the overall schedule, layout, and installation requirement of the contract.
• Evaluated within the budgeted cost of the Contractor’s monthly progress billing/claims and make recommendation of payment, based on satisfactory performance.
• Prepared the monthly accomplishment report and monthly progress billing/claims.
• Attended the bi-weekly and monthly technical and management meeting with the owner’s representative, consultant’s and various sub-contractors’.
