Cost Evaluation Report, Monthly Report, Cost Gathering and Preparation of Billing from Client, sub-con and supplier, In-charge for Billing & Collection to our client. Buyer & also Material Control In-charges.

Current Role

Worked as Contracts Manager with M/s Al Habtoor STFA Soil Group LLC – a major Piling & enabling works contractor operating in UAE.

Reporting to Operations Director and responsible for all contractual matters FIDIC based contracts – Correspondence with Client / Consultants, Claims, Variations, Valuations and Internal Control.

 

October 1984 to November 1985:

Assistant Engineer with Govt. of Gujarat – Water Resources department

Responsible for Site Survey, investigation and Design of for Minor Irrigation schemes in Kutch District and prepared cost estimates for viable schemes.

From April - 1998 to June 2001

Manager with M/s Adani Port Ltd (APL) a subsidiary of M/s Adani Exports Ltd, No. 1 Super Star Trading House in India. APL is Developer and sole terminal operator of Private Port at Navinal Island, Mundra, India. The Port development Project was First in Private Sector in India.

Current Role

I was Chief Cost Engineer in the construction of a Plaza, Museum and Offices in Caracas, Venezuela. This construction site covered 4 acres and included 4 underground levels and 6 floors of building. I was involved in the full range of civil construction, including structure build, pouring of 60,000 cubic meters of reinforced concrete, masonry work, painting, electrical, plumbing, and asphalt installations.

Provided planning, scheduling and cost control services with different Clients of different projects in Oman & UAE.

Current Role

     Preparation of Cost Variance Analysis needed for the Monthly Cost Evaluation.

     Check actual cost monitoring with the use of Access Program per project.

     Check reported production per project.

     Check project cost savings and overrun per month.

     Check and Monitor Claims and Change Orders.

     Check and review Master / Overall Schedule using Primavera Project Planner (P3) Version 3.1.

     Progress updates weekly & monthly reports, Recovery Schedule and Look-ahead schedule.
