Part of a Team of planners for the Telecoms Framework, Assistant Planner on Settle- Carlisle Signalling Enhancements, and progressed to sole planner for Settle- Carlisle Signalling Enhancements. Maitaining programme, internal and client reports. Supporting management team on project Change Conrol, Extension of Time and Claims.

Live project tracking and reporting in Primavera. Developing Tender design programmes and reporting resource utilisation.

Creation of P3 plans to support build, test and commissioning projects utilising resource, cost and earned value techniques,

Production of overall integrated P3 plans for the project to ensure optimum project completion, KPI and milestone achievement.

Provided a planning function to both site and management teams for Railway & Light Rail Construction Schemes. These schemes were predominately Civils/OHLE, though I also gained experianced working on Signalling, E&P & LUL schemes.
Duties included the production and maintenance of P6\P7 Project Plans throughout the project lifecycle, producing S-Curve Analysis charts, Resource Histograms, Construction Trackers, Delay Analysis etc.

November 2011 to Date

Senior Consultant (Programming) at MTRC. Helping the planning team to overhaul the planning procedures and reporting sysyem and standardize reporting across FIVE major new Railway Lines in Hong Kong.
