I am seeking a Planning Manager/ Senior Planning engineer for a position in Argentina on a Mine to Port Rail project, PWay Track Construction and renewals, the project is to run for two years scheduled to start in 2012. Some knowledge of Spanish Italian or Portugese is essential. The position is based in a small town with excellent ammenities.
Requirements for the Planning Manager- Rail
Experience of earned value, cost planning as well as the day to day consturction project planning and scheduling on Rail projects. You will be looking after a small team of planners.
You MUST be able to converse in Spanish or at least Italian or Portugese, candidates cannot be considered without this
Overhead line and Electrification experience would be a bonus
Salary and Benefits
Basic Salary is Circa £50,000- £55,000 (UK tax position) with a full expat package to include 4 flights per annum, 15% retention bonus ( paid at end of project) plus 20% bonus /uplift area allowance, and an allowance for cost of living ( accomodation and food) Company Car, plus married status( spouse only) if required.
