The first of several RRL packages to be awarded and the timely

completion is critical in delivering the overall project to the client (MTM/DOT).

Being a design and construct project, the team had to hit the ground running in order

achieve the dates for PC. 

 

Since contract award, the team and myself have encountered many challenges, such as

producing documentation to get access to site and managing external interfaces.

Working around a busy, live rail environment requires careful pro-active planning

Crossrail (TCR station improvement) – Light Rail, Jan 2010 – Dec
Lead planner on this project supporting the broader and high profile Crossrail project. This includes liaising with managers and lead engineers, planning and scheduling, performance measurement (SPI & CPI) and creating new baselines on this design project.
