Responsibilities:-

Preparation of schedule in Primavera planned S-curves and updates.

Making critical activity list, look ahead schedules.

Constant interaction with the disciplines to avoid slippage of schedule.

Setting up Document Control Index and monitoring deliverable progress.

Tasked with leading a small Planning Team to plan, progress measure and report on a US$225M bio-pharmaceutical facility in Hillerød, Denmark.

This role involved leading a team of individuals to co-ordinate with the Project/Construction Management Team, Designers, Senior Leadership Team and sub-contractor organisations, as appropriate.

My role on the project also meant that I was continually advising on project process, strategy and decision-making.

Project Controls duties, including development of CTR’s, monitoring progress and schedule.
