Project: PVC plant Banda Imam, Iran. On and offshore overall project control planning based in Germany. Critical path analysis through the complete sequence: engineering, procurement, shipment, installation and commissioning. Designed WBS co-ordinated with business requirements.
1993: Projects. Banda Imam, Iran: On-site as member of contract team. PVC plant Banda Imam responsible for on-shore aspects of project control and planning including the civil, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation and commissioning works using Primavera PM software. Successfully instigated the prosecution of large extension of contract claim.
1994: Projects in Thailand (with EMCO Ltd): On-site as member of contract team on numerous petro-chemical and utilities projects. This location included a chloride plant and the Star refinery at Map-ta-Phut and a gas desulphurization power station shutdown (Lampang). Additional duties included Head office tender planning in Bangkok.

Post of project planner for Jacobs Babtie as part of the British Nuclear Group (BNG) programme management team for the decommissioning Bradwell Nuclear power station, Essex, UK. Using the software tool P3e; specific duties include the maintenance of programme integrity across a multiple project network including the critical path analysis.
