Saving-energy Project of some plant of Sinopec is a large project aimed to reduce its energy consumption. Before the new plants was built, the energy consumption was satisfied, but the heat integration between the old and new plants was not so good. So by optimizing the unit plant and improving the connection among different plants, the energy consumption will be reduced.

During the process, I lead a ten-engineer member team, discussed the proposals every week with our team members.

Main Projects:

• ENGRO New Ammonia – Urea Plant:

TKLS Project for the construction of a fertilizer complex consisting in two plants: the first one for the production of 2,194 MTPD of Ammonia using the technology licensed by Harold Topsoe A/S and the second one for the production of 3,835 MTPD of prilled Urea using Snamprogetti S.p.A technology.

Scope of work:

Construction of a 350 kton/a Polyethylene plant in Stenungsund (Sweden). The Plant is an expansion of the existing operative plant. The scope includes ISBL and OSBL works, including silos and revamping of packaging stations, process control systems, raw materials, utility and connections at tie-in points.

Scope of work:

To build a Propane Dehydrogenation (PDH) Unit with design production capacity of 510.000 MTPY of propylene based on the UOP “Oleflex” Propane Dehydrogenation technology. The scope of works consists in Detail Design, Engineering, Construction and Pre-commissioning services activities.
