Saving-energy Project of some plant of Sinopec is a large project aimed to reduce its energy consumption. Before the new plants was built, the energy consumption was satisfied, but the heat integration between the old and new plants was not so good. So by optimizing the unit plant and improving the connection among different plants, the energy consumption will be reduced.
During the process, I lead a ten-engineer member team, discussed the proposals every week with our team members. I analyzed and communicated project deliverables, in charge of monitoring performance of project team members.
