Senior Planning Engineer on the EOS Joint Venture FEED study team. Responsible for the development of the Engineering master schedule of the project FEED phase. Development and establishment of the project baseline schedule, weekly updates and the integration of progress monitoring data for performance measurement and reporting.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the management work of different equipments and tools used on construction site.
• Compile lifting procedures.
• Apply the license for lifting equipments from the local government.
• Manage the related project documents.

Responsibilities:

• Establish project planning structures about EPS, OBS, RBS, WBS project activity classifying codes etc.
• Collect necessary information which contains workflow, resource (Budget) plan, activities duration etc.
• Set up detail construction and commissioning baseline schedule to match contract requirements.
• Loading and leveling resource.
• Generate the S Curves and Resource histogram.
• Use CPM, EVM, S Curve techniques to follow up and analyze the schedule performance.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor the Project Planners.
• Support Tendering department to set up the Tendering Time Schedule.
• Review schedule information from Engineering, Sourcing and Manufacturing departments.
• Review the relevant departments’ Resource Plan.
• Develop and optimize overall Project Master Time Schedule (Baseline) to meet all contract requirements which include milestone dates, payment dates and other requirements.
• Regularly Monitor.

Planning and scheduling of Poatina Power Station Modernisation & Refurb works.  Planning and scheduling for upcoming Tungatinah Modernisation Project and any other projects for the Alstom Power Division in Tasmania

Scheduler in Primavera 6.2 for Petersburg Unit 2 Fall 2010, Eagle Valley Unit 5 Major Overhaul Spring 2011, Petersburg Unit 3 Spring 2011, and Petersburg Unit 1 Major Overhaul Spring 2011

Outage Planning for the Unit 1 and Unit 4 2010 Spring outages.  Planned work on Precipitators.  This included, writing work orders in Empac, ordering parts, working with contractors.
