Scheduler for Controls package of a large subsea oil field production development programme

Scheduler for all PET / Polyamide / other plastics polycondensation plants at company's home office. Common scheduler duties like setting up new template and project schedules, adapt them, progress them, report about them. Tools used are Primavera P6, MS Project 2007/2010, MS Office suite, some SAP and COMOS driven special tools.

My role of Senior Technical Clerk at Doosan is to liase with management and clients on progress reporting, compiling lifetime quality records for the client, gathering all welding information incuding weld procedures, NDE reports, heat treatment reports and charts, welder qualifications and pressure test certification to enter into a welding system database, thus producing a document package for the client. 

: Review and study each contract to align project schedule requirements.

: Analyzed and integrated contractor schedules into the Manifa Master Schedule.

: Participated in weekly and monthly project reviews between Saudi Aramco and contractors.

: Conduct reviews of contractor’s schedules, progress reports and monthly invoices.

: Created summary level presentation of the baseline and current schedules.

: Review, update, and prepare Project Completion Schedules (PCS) based on the late curves.

: Review and study each contract to align project schedule requirements.

: Prepare EPC Project Schedule for bidding.

: Prepare Overall Project Schedule for all ongoing projects.

: Prepare project progress measurement based on the approved baseline schedule.

: Update current schedule and submit to the client on a weekly basis.

: Prepare recovery schedule per client instruction.

: Prepare construction look ahead schedule.

: Assists construction division activities to avoid any delay of activities.
