Pre-site initial baseline production & full live project contract planning works for an 800MW 12 Gas Turbine, 12 OTSG & 2 Steam Turbine power plant construction in the middle east.
Scope management, change order management, controlling design and procurement processes, establishing preliminary budget and detailed (lvl-5) project schedule with P6, establishing financial projections for various scenarios of the project, establishing what-if scenarios for the overall EPC contractors’ mobilisation schemes, preparing master schedules for ITB Packages, finalizing project management plan, defining project control parameters, integrating P6 schedule database with ERP System.
I am PMP certificate holder civil engineer with MS. degree working on Project Management side of the construction world more than 10 years. I am seeking a challenging role anywhere in the world.

•Knowledge of project controls and project management tools, processes, procedures, methods, and techniques as applied to engineering and construction projects more than 10 years. (PMP holder since 2011)
