·         Managing the entire gamut of project managing encompassing project cost and schedule analysis, reporting, forecasting, budgeting and Materials/Change Management

·         Ensuring project progress at every stage with adept liaison Client, Consultant, Sub-contractors and Internal departments, and coordination for timely procurement
