• Monitoring, updating and providing input for weekly and monthly reports for Management.
• Preparing look-ahead schedule for different departments.
• Reporting to the Planning/Scheduling In-Charge
• Assist preparation of weekly and monthly report.
• Updating the status of ongoing activities in site.
• Promptly report any schedule slippage to the Planning/Scheduling Lead and Project Engineer, so that appropriate actions may be taken to mitigate delays.
• Monitor day to day construction site activities and progress, Preparation of Weekly Report, Monthly

Understand work scope, quantity and familiar with logical sequences in terms Conduct field scoping to clarify scope as required. Understand WBS structure, and work with management and project/maintenance team in the development of work break down structure for progress measurement, scheduling, cost estimating and project control. Prepare and manage overall master schedule integrating work breakdown structure using scheduling software. Understand contractual matter, earn value method, familiar with scope management and change control.

Novice with project scheduling software and establishment of detailed scheduling, which indicates the completion of major project milestone dates
