Responsible for Managing the group of Senior & Junior Planning Engineers, Cost control Engineers & Project Co ordinators to ensure the delivery of Project as per the project objectives.

Monitoring subcontractor performance against baseline,
Monitoring consultant performance to ensure all the deliverables are in place as per the baseline requirements.

As of date my experience comprises of a) 10 years and 5 months in Oil & Gas sector started as Assistant Engineer to Senior Planning Engineer. b) 9 years and 5 months in Project Management roll in commercial Industries from the level of senior planner / Cost Control Engineer to Project Controls Manager.
