·Defining and identifying Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and understanding the scope of work and scope of services in the Contract.

Responsible for producing credible, fully resourced and costed project schedules for various projects (modification - production / safety related, replacement of obsolete equipment, new processes).

Maintaining schedules current, and reporting deviations.

Producing KPIs.

I first started out performing budget conforming, cost tracking and forecasting.  For the past 4 years I've moved over to scheduling; performing development, progressing and reporting of project schedules.

I am in charge of Project Controls activities of a Detailed Engineering Group/Arm of one of World's biggest Refineries in Jamnagar , India.
