Supported Estimating team to provide an EPCC bottom up estimate ensuring MTO's were fully accurate and materials were correctly quantified. Man-hours and costs calculated based on quotes from suppliers or historical data where these were not obtained or provided.
Monitored Progress against the plan using Earned Value Analysis. Earned progress obtained via bi-weekly progress reviews, in order to update the schedule, milestone table and MDR. Prepared and issued progress summary and s-curves. Assisted with preparation and development of Level III EPC Schedule as part of the winning bid for the next phase. Managed monthly cost reports and weekly manpower, cost and revenue forecasts.

Responsible for managment of Project Controls for all projects executed within the Onshore Projects delivery stream. I lead up a team of 8 planners, 4 cost engineers, 4 document controllers, and 4 project controls adminstrators. We provide project controls for 8 projects, currently split between 4 major EPC projects, 2 FEED projects, 1 EPC framework for site maintenance, and 1 grouping of smaller projects for a single client.
