Daily progress Report Technically to the client, Supervision of contractors works including fabrication, installation, testing, painting, commissioning of Oil & Gas facilities, progress monitoring and approvals, Maintain latest copies of all drawings and documents at the site office, Attend daily, weekly and monthly meetings with Client and Contractors, Witness all destructive & non-destructive tests, examinations etc. by the Contractors.

Lead scheduler responsible for the integrated planning and progress monitoring/reporting for the Basic Engineering phase including EPC schedule development on a US$1.3bn Refinery expansion upgrade project for Luberef/Saudi Aramco within the Yanbu region of Saudi Arabia.

Plan, supervise the precommissioning activities like airflushing, hydrotesting, chemical cleaning etc. Strictly adhere the plant safety protocols.

Planning Scheduling, Progress Reporting, Daily Hilights reporting, site visits, Ensure the safe and quality works.

Turnaround Planning, Scheduling, Baselining, Progress Updates, and Reporting, Daily reporting to the client, attend the related meetings, give suggestions, explain queries, site visit for ensuring the safety and quality of the activities.

Supported Project Study Manager and involved in all administration works fo rapid project set-up. Collaborated with Document Control to ensure documents were prepared and issued in accordance with procedures. Tracked deliverables via the MDR to snsure they were issued on schedule. Coordinated with the Client in order to develop and issue the Client Handover Package.

Collaborated with Project team to identify, evaluate and record all project change. Prepared variation orders to present to the Client for approval. Updated cost reports with approved man-hours and associated costs.

·         Produce detailed plans for major construction vessels upgrade and reactivation

·         Maintain and track contractor’s subsea structures fabrication schedules

·         Monitor procurement reports and ensure compliance with required-on-site milestones

·         Produce Level-4 rotating equipment installation and commissioning schedules

·         Resource-load detailed installation and commissioning schedule

·         Track the progress of installation project delivery, including overseas projects
