Job Description

• Evaluation/Assessment of major project electrical engineering designs to ensure completeness. Review

of power system analysis and power systems components specifications. Development of power system

installation scope. Review of projects work scope, design basis, design calculations, drawings and

supporting documentation. Provide electrical design and construction support on projects. Preparation

• Update project dashboard with various- Earned value, Burn rate, resource allocations, Key Milestones on weekly basis
• Analyse and manitain all reported project activities, emphazing items such as slipped tasks, variance, scope variations and upcoming tasks.
• Educate and advise project teams on various project management processes.
• Collaborate with project team to ensure schedule are accurate and changes and impact are accurately reflected in the schedule.
• Identified and managed critical activities that might put the kep milestones at risk if they slipped.<

All planning, updating and reporting functions for executing Turnarounds on BP's platforms in the Caspian Sea.

Liase with all departments and gather information to be able to produce a schedule for the Pre TAR, TAR and Post TAR phases of the Turnaround.

Operations and Engineering planning for SAPREF Refinery

All planning functions required to setup the Refinery Shutdown and Start Up schedule. Liason with Operators and analysis of the shutdown and start up procedures and producing a meaningful schedule for this.

I moved to the Engineering department after the Turnaround and proceeded to produce planning for a number of small projects that were being executed throughout the refinery
