As Cost Control Manager, I was responsible for establishing an estimate for the entire project, coordinate payments within the JV partners via a participative loan scheme, and all aspects of cost control.  Due to continuous cost control, realistic risk analysis, and in-depth claims management, cost predictions and estimates performed prior to award of major contracts were sufficient for the project to finish on time and within budget.
