As Cost Control Manager, I was responsible for establishing an estimate for the entire project, coordinate payments within the JV partners via a participative loan scheme, and all aspects of cost control.  Due to continuous cost control, realistic risk analysis, and in-depth claims management, cost predictions and estimates performed prior to award of major contracts were sufficient for the project to finish on time and within budget.

Managing a team of cost and planning professionals, my primary role is to provide support to the projects and predictability on cost and scheduling activities. Historically, the Teesside area has served as a base for the majority of the projects executed, with a long legacy of ways of working established locally.
